Cognitive-behavioural Therapy

Cognitive-behavioural therapy or CBT is based on the foundation that almost all psychological symptoms can be traced back to faulty ways of thinking and learned patterns of unhelpful behavior. CBT enables individuals to learn the art of becoming their own therapist. During therapy, people learn to recognize and change their distorted thinking patterns, face their irrational fears, gain better control over strong emotions, develop a better understanding of others, master problem-solving skills to overcome various challenges and develop self-confidence in their abilities.
